An anti-immigration group calling itself the Bristol Defence League says it is organising a demonstration against "Somalian grooming gangs" in Bristol on Saturday
The group, which claims to be a "non-racist/fascist non-political street movement", says it is protesting against the "crimes and practices of Islam" and anti-fascist groups in the city.
The location and exact time of the march is a closely guarded secret and has not been revealed on the group's Facebook page where a poster has been shared.
The poster, entitled, "United British Patriots", says: "We are standing against Somalian grooming gangs which are running wild around Bristol praying on young vulnerable white girls.
"We are standing against the evil and barbaric practice of female genital mutilation. We are standing against those that whitewash the crimes and practices of Islam, the UAF and Antifa crusties."
Bristol Defence League borrows the insignia and name from the English Defence League (EDL) who were involved with violent clashes when they marched through the centre of Bristol in 2012.
Although the Bristol Defence League does not affiliate itself directly with the EDL, it says is stands "side by side" with other "patriot" groups.
A mission statement says: "We also stand proudly against the grooming, raping and selling of white British girls by Muslim gangs in Bristol and throughout our country, the Burka and FGM. We are also against mass immigration and believe this to be a tactic for the end game of white genocide."
In April 2013 a group - some of whom were later found to have links to the EDL - marched down Church Road towards Lawrence Hill, the most ethnically diverse neighbourhood in Bristol and the home to thousands of Somalians.
Avon and Somerset Police said they are aware of tomorrow's march and are "monitoring the situation as part of an investigation". A spokesperson would not comment on the possible location of the march.
